ndesign are dynamic sustainable building services consultants providing innovative design solutions to new and existing developments.
We specialise in low energy and sustainable developments and are currently working on a number of interesting schemes involving a variety
of technologies and solutions. These include passive measures as well as the innovative use of technology.
We are registered Project Development Consultants with the BRE's Community Sustainable Energy Programme, a member of the AECB and
registered CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants. We are able to provide Energy Performance certificates for both commercial developments using
SBEM and thermal simulation (level 3, 4 and 5).
Our dynamic thermal modelling capacity enables us to enhance a buildings thermal performance for both new and existing buildings. It allows us to
provide supporting evidence for BREEAM projects to gain credits - in particular for energy, overheating analysis, daylight analysis and natural ventilation.
